Can you imagine a club where the harder and faster the patrons dance, the louder the music gets? In the world’s first eco-club, the dance floor has the power. Based in Bar Suraya, Britain now claims rights to the greenest nightlife experience, complete with organic drinks, served in recycled cups. In addition, the venue has a composting bathroom system, which reuses water to flush toilets. And if you can prove you arrived via foot, bicycle, or public transportation, the club will wave the £10 cover.
But what makes this place completely unique – an energy-generating dance floor.

The club is hoping to draw a more sustainably-consious youth crowd, and they are getting the job dobe.
